When there is a job opening, the Personnel Division posts the position in all City departments, on the City web page, advertises in local newspapers (typically over the weekend), notifies the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security and may advertise through other sources specifically related to the position.
We ask that candidates complete the City application fully as this information is used to score the numerous applications that are submitted. You may also include a resume, letters of reference and certifications.
If your job experience and qualifications meet the job requirements you may be contacted for an interview. Seasonal Groundskeepers: The City of Laconia Parks & Recreation Department is seeking Seasonal Groundskeepers for the 2013 season.These are full time seasonal positions performing routine grounds maintenance, landscaping and facility maintenance throughout the City.
