Motorcyle Technical Review Committee
Any person or property owner using their land for temporary vendors, temporary camping, temporary structures or temporary parking during Motorcycle Week shall apply to the Motorcycle Technical Review Committee for approval. Applications are submitted to the Planning Department and forwarded to the MTRC for review. The Committee shall review the application, hold a public hearing and act to grant final approval, approval with conditions or denial of the application.
Membership of the Committee is as follows: Chair, Shanna Saunders, Planning Director; Vice Chair, Bernie Swan, Public Works Designee; Seth Nuttelman, Water Superintendent; Capt. Steve Clark, Police Designee; Fire Prevention Officer Charles Roffo, Fire Designee; Carroll Seigars, Code Enforcement Director and Lindsey Allen, Licensing Clerk.
